Seems to be an interesting food & known as godamba roti. According to CNN if you go to the favourite fast food list of the Lankans,you may find it at the topmost position.And source of protein & minerals.
Dont worry....You just have to follow the easy steps→
At first you need...
π 1 & 1/3 cup wheat flour
π godhamba roti(3 cups)
π 2/3 cup water
π 1/2 cup mushrooms
π 1 & 1/2 tbs butter
π 1/2-1 tsp of chillie powder
π 1/2-1 tsp of curry powder
π 1-2 green chillies
π 2 eggs
π 2 carrots
π 1/2 tsp salt &
π oil for frying
How to cook??
π.you have to mix all the
ingredients & process properly.Then you have to create ball sand coat them with oil.Heat the oil & mind it that flame
should be low.
πFry ginger and girlic till it fragrant.After
adding the spices fry for 3-4 minutes.Then add white cabbage,carrot,leak,green chillies.
πNext you can add just
an egg and chicken curry or vegetables according to your fantasy. Add some pepper or salt

What you need are...

How to cook??
π Using plenty of water
wash the dhal.Then slice the large onion & garlic.
π Put the red lentil into
a sauce pan with plenty of water.Cover it & boil the mixture.
π Put the
lentil,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,masterd seeds,onion,garlic,sliced
leaves,chilli flecks,coconut milk,sugar,green powder,oil into an
another pan.Heat the mixture for
about 4-5 minutes.
π When the water
evaporates totally,pour the boiled dhal into it.Stir it gently & you will have
your desiring recipe...ππ

How can you make it??
π Mix all of the above & leave it until it becomes froth.Then
mix the rice flour with
the
water & beer.
π Wrapping the bowl with a wet cloth put it in a
warm place for a several hours.You need not use any flame.
π After that you have to prepare the coconut milk.For this scrape the coconut put
it
in a blender for a few seconds.Then mix some water with it stir for sometime.According to
your wish you can add more coconut milk to maintain the density of the mixture.
π Add the flour ,salt,egg,sugar & the biscuit with the prepared coconut milk.If the hopper pan is hot,rub the outer surface of the pan with the cloth.
π Mind it very clearly that a small amount of batter must be at the bottom of the pan. It's all done...ππ

Making Procedure:
π At first heat a pan.Then put the
ginger,garlic,curry leaves,green chillis it along with 2 tbps of oil & fry it along oil
π Next add the spices & stir until fragrant.
π Cut the jack fruit into rectangular pieces.Adding the 200 ml coconut milk cook for sometime under low flame.
π After making the dry roast the cumin seeds & fennel seeds grind it powerfully.
π Then add it to the mixture.
π Stir gently & cook it for at least 15 minutes.

Wambatu moju(Eggplant Pickle):

Steps:
π Take a pan & heat the oil.
π Take a bowl & prepare the mustard seeds by
soaking it for about 20-25 minutes.
π Cut the eggplants into small pieces.Fry the
eggplants after mixing the turmeric powder salt.Fry until it becomes little bit dark.
π Fry the red onions & green chilies with
oil for ten minutes.
π You should keep in mind that the excess oil
should be removed after frying.
π Grind the mustard seeds very hard & make a
fine paste.
π Now add the ginger & garlic paste with the
paste.
π Mince it until the mustard seeds become
vanished.
π Finally add all the ingredients to the
mixture.
π Stir gently & don't stop until sugar is
dissolved.
π Now you can serve your Wambatu moju...ππ
Gotu kola Sambol:

grated coconut(70-80 gm)

salt(1/2-1 tsp)
Procedure:

π At first shred the gotu kola
leaves.
π Then wash the chillies
& onions with fresh water chop them into small pieces.
π Finally mix all the ingredients & add the salt.
π It's ready to serve now...ππ

Procedure:
π Take a blender machine &
put the red
chilli,onion,pepper & the maldive fish.
π Grind them for at least 30
seconds.Put the mixture in a bowl.
π Then add the coconut milk
& stir well.
π After that adding the lemon
juice(can be mixed in two steps...[as 1/2+1/2=1] ) salt,mix it very well.
π Put them on roties &
finally wrap them.
