Seems to be an interesting food & known as godamba roti. According to CNN if you go to the favourite fast food list of the Lankans,you may find it at the topmost position.And source of protein & minerals.

Dont worry....You just have to follow the easy steps

At first you need...

👉 1 & 1/3 cup wheat flour
👉 godhamba roti(3 cups)
👉 2/3 cup water
👉 1/2 cup mushrooms                          
👉 1 & 1/2 tbs butter
👉 1/2-1 tsp of chillie powder
👉 1/2-1 tsp of curry powder
👉 1-2 green chillies
👉 2 eggs
👉 2 carrots
👉 1/2 tsp salt &
👉 oil for frying

How to cook??

🌑.you have to mix all the ingredients & process properly.Then you have to create ball sand coat them with oil.Heat the oil & mind it that flame should be low.

🌑Fry ginger and girlic till it fragrant.After adding the spices fry for 3-4 minutes.Then  add white cabbage,carrot,leak,green chillies.

     
  🌑Next you can add  just an egg and chicken curry or  vegetables according to your  fantasy. Add some pepper or salt & stir for sometime.Have your delicious Kottu  Roti...😄😄

Known as comfort food & made from red lentils.As an healthy food it has a very good position at the Lankans top charted food list...

What you need are...

👉 red lentil
👉 turmeric powder
👉 celtic sea salt (1 tsp)
👉 cumin seeds
👉 mustard seeds
👉 1/4 teaspoon sugar
👉 1/2(red onion & cinnamon)
👉 basil leaves
👉 coconut milk 1/2 cup
👉 1 green pepper
👉 4 tsp oil
👉 4 cloves of garlic
👉 1 teaspoon chilli flecks
👉 curry leaves(sufficient)




How to cook??

🌑 Using plenty of water wash the dhal.Then slice the large onion & garlic.

🌑 Put the red lentil into a sauce pan with plenty of water.Cover it & boil the mixture.

🌑  Put the lentil,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,masterd seeds,onion,garlic,sliced  leaves,chilli  flecks,coconut milk,sugar,green powder,oil into an another  pan.Heat the mixture for  about 4-5 minutes.

🌑 When the water evaporates totally,pour the boiled dhal into it.Stir it gently & you   will have  your desiring recipe...😛😛

🌑  Actually it is very easy to make the recipe of rice meat combination. At first 
   cook the both rice meat(beef,pork,lamb).Pour the cardamom,cloves,cinnamon into it.
   .

🌑  Next you have to just wrap the mixture in a banana leaf & finally it has to be 
    baked for several hours.That's all...😛😛

The pancake is mainly a breakfast or dinner dish.It can help you on weight loss.
  
You need
👉 1 tsp sugar
👉 3/4 cup coconut milk(thin)
👉 1/2 cup coconut milk(thick)
👉 salt(1 tsp)
👉 marie biscuit(2)
👉 rice flour(4 cup)
👉 1 cup beer
👉 egg(1)
👉 white rice(3 cup)
👉coconut water(from 1 coconut)
👉 yeast granules(2 tsp)
👉 oil(1 tsp)   
👉 1 cup water 


How can you make it??


🌑  Mix all of the above & leave it until it becomes froth.Then mix the rice flour with
    the water  &  beer.

🌑  Wrapping the bowl with a wet cloth put it in a warm place for a several hours.You need not  use  any flame.

🌑  After that you have to prepare the coconut milk.For this scrape the coconut put  
   it  in a  blender  for a few seconds.Then mix some water with it stir for  sometime.According to  your wish you  can add more coconut milk to  maintain  the density of the mixture.

🌑  Add the flour ,salt,egg,sugar & the biscuit with the prepared coconut milk.If the  hopper pan is  hot,rub the outer surface of the pan with the cloth.

🌑  Mind it very clearly that a small amount of batter must be at the bottom of the  pan. It's  all  done...😛😛

For that you need:

👉 green jack fruit(1)
👉 sliced onion(2)
👉 green chilli(2-3...sliced)
👉 1 tsp pepper
👉 1 tsp ginger
👉 garlic(1 tsp)
👉 cardamom(3-4)
👉 curry leaves(optional)
👉 goraka(1-2 pcs)
👉 coconut milk(200 ml)
👉 cloves(4-5)
👉 onion(2 sliced)
👉 salt(1-2 tsp)
👉 pandan leaf(2)
👉 mustard seeds(1 tsp)
👉 fennel seeds(2 tsp)
👉 cumin seeds(2 tsp)
👉 turmeric powder(1/2 tsp)
👉 chilli powder(2 tbs)

Making Procedure:

🌑  At first heat a pan.Then put the ginger,garlic,curry leaves,green chillis it along with 2 tbps of oil & fry it along oil 
           

🌑  Next add the spices & stir until fragrant.

🌑  Cut the jack fruit into rectangular pieces.Adding the 200 ml coconut milk cook for sometime under low flame. 
   

🌑  After making the dry roast the cumin seeds & fennel seeds grind it powerfully.

🌑  Then add it to the mixture.

🌑  Stir gently & cook it for at least 15 minutes.

🌑    It's all done...😛😛



Wambatu moju(Eggplant Pickle):                      Rating: ✯✯✯✯✰
























you need:

👉1/2 kg of brinjal
👉sliced  red onions(150-200 gm)
👉green chilies(8-10 pcs)
👉curry leaves(6-8)
👉vinegar
👉mustard seeds(2-3 tsp)
👉sugar(2 tbs)
👉oil(1 cup or 100 ml)
👉salt(2-3 tsp)
👉garlic(4-5 cloves)
👉 fresh ginger(2.5 cm long)
👉turmeric powder(1 tbs)
👉chilli powder(2 tsp)
👉water(1/2-1 cup)
👉dried sprats(optional)


Steps:


🌑
 Take a pan & heat the oil.

🌑 Take a bowl & prepare the mustard seeds by soaking it for about 20-25 minutes.

🌑 Cut the eggplants into small pieces.Fry the eggplants after mixing the turmeric  powder salt.Fry until it becomes little bit dark.

🌑 Fry the red onions & green chilies with oil for ten minutes.

🌑 You should keep in mind that the excess oil should be removed after frying.

🌑 Grind the mustard seeds very hard & make a fine paste.

🌑 Now add the ginger & garlic paste with the paste.

🌑 Mince it until the mustard seeds become vanished.

🌑 Finally add all the ingredients to the mixture.

🌑 Stir gently & don't stop until sugar is dissolved.

🌑 Now you can serve your Wambatu moju...😛😛

Can help on weight loss & diet control.

Ingredients:

👉 gotu kola leaves (2-3 cups)
👉 chopped red onions( 2-4)
👉 maldive fish powder(1 tsp)
👉 lime juiced(1/2-1)
👉 grated coconut(70-80 gm)
👉 green chilies(1-2)
👉 black pepper(1 tsp)
👉 salt(1/2-1 tsp)

  
Procedure:

🌑 At first shred the gotu kola leaves.

🌑 Then wash the chillies & onions with fresh water chop them into small pieces.

🌑 Finally mix all the ingredients & add the salt.

🌑 It's ready to serve now...😛😛

Ingredients:

👉 chilli powder(8-10 tsp)
👉 sliced red onions(400-500 gm)
👉 lemon juice(6-8 tsp)
👉 red chilli pieces(1 tbsp)
👉 maldive fish(3-4 tbsp)
👉 salt to taste


Procedure:


🌑Put the onions & chilli powder in a blender.

🌑Also add the maldive fish.

🌑Then blend it for about 5 minutes.

🌑Put it in a bowl.

🌑Next add the lemon juice & salt to adjust the taste.

🌑It's ready to serve now...😛😛

🌑 An amazing thing is that it can be preserved for almost a week in a refrigerator.

It's a health conscious food.                                                                                               
Ingredients:

👉grated coconut(180-200 gm)
👉chopped red onion(1-2 tbs)
👉dried red chilli powder(1-2 tsp)
👉caster sugar(2-3 tsp)
👉maldive fish(1-2 tsp)
👉3-4 curry leaves
👉black pepper(1/2-1 tsp)
👉1 tbs lemon juice
👉coconut milk(3-4 tsp)
👉salt to taste 

    
Procedure:

🌑 Take a blender machine & put the red chilli,onion,pepper & the maldive fish.

🌑 Grind them for at least 30 seconds.Put the mixture in a bowl.

🌑 Then add the coconut milk & stir well.

🌑 After that adding the lemon juice(can be mixed in two steps...[as 1/2+1/2=1] )  salt,mix it  very well. 

🌑 Put them on roties & finally wrap them.

🌑 You will have your desired  Pol Sambol...😛😛
